Aim: Beagle optics intend to evaluate possibilities of laser based manufacturing of optical reticles.
Brief description: During the project we want to make market research to find out suitable equipment and needed investment cost to have such equipment also to evaluate if these cost can correspond to exact market needs. Also we want to find out process parameters to achieve needed laser processing quality.
Benefits: Mechanical engraving of optical reticles is difficult and time consuming task requiring highly skilled employees. Applying laser technologies potentially could let to digitalize the process allowing quick manufacturing of small batches of custom reticles.
